Whenever possible, we suggest “freeman” or “high-status” versions of common occupations, which give the player more autonomy. In the Dark Ages, most people were tied to clergy or a lay lord. Each occupation denotes applicable skills and potential savings, given in deniers. About two dozen occupations are listed below, well-suited for producing likely investigators. Again, I have not tried it but if you do please place a review. * The Keep - Online CoC Character Sheets - This one works off of javascript and is meant for printing, but I suppose you can transfer the info generated. If you do use it, please place a review here. There are also other options there too: 1920s Investigator Companion, Dreamlands, Walker in the Wastes, etc. I have not tried it but the good point is it costs nothing and has versions for 5.5 and 6.0 rule set. * Byakhee CoC Character Generator | John Fiala's Website - This Generator is offline. Seeing that the current CoC game is based on the 6th edition there are some options out there to be Discussed in this Thread. Of course any Player can go through the labor of creating the Character manually, but generators can make it easier. To make things easier we have also introduced a easy to use CoC generator to the Text Role-playing Game Creator, however it is the D20 version. We recently introduced the Call of Cthulhu Role-playing Game into the Mystery & Horror Role-playing Game Board thanks in part to MichaelC for his willingness to GM and Chaosium Inc., the current publishers for the game. ![]()
